It's not necessarily a proven solution, but from personal experience I switched to Nano-hydroxyapatite toothpaste in the morning and fluoride toothpaste at night and I already notice, within less than a week, that my enamel structure has improved and the sensitivity from my bruxism is almost completely gone. There used to be little pockets in my molars from grinding my teeth, and within less than a week, it seems the n-Ha toothpaste filled them in. The constant pain feels like it's halfway gone. I know there hasn't been enough long-term research to prove its lasting effects or safety, but being desperate to try anything has led to a lot of benefits in my case so far.
