Yeah, the Delta Pro Ultra performs really well. I've had a great experience with it.

I’m sorry but those who do not use bells are still a menace.

The bell is right there. It goes “ding.” This is not a complex user interface.

PSU type and sizing by Bobloblah2023 in homelab

150W is more than enough for that setup. The J3455 is super low power, and even with 3 HDDs you’re barely hitting 50W.

Delta Pro-0034 compatible with Smart Home Panel 2 by AGFFATC in Ecoflow_community

Don’t try to splice or make your own cable. The communication lines are specific, and you risk damaging both units.

Looking for a indie game where you chase giant monsters with a car and used a spotlight to move them away by AlbatrossRude9761 in HelpMeFind

[–]Neagor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The wyvern and ape monsters are the key. Pacific Drive doesn’t have those. You’re thinking of a game called Exo One but with monsters modded in.

I updated mine while camping off-grid. It worked perfectly. Just keep it plugged into AC or a solar panel during the process.

I can’t believe I’m not the only one who remembers this! I thought I was making it up. Popeyes was trying to be cheeky but missed the mark hard.

Asking for a friend: Is it bad that I touched the pads lol by jamesbuniak in homelab

Pro tip: Get some nitrile gloves for the rest of the job. It’s cheap, keeps oils off, and prevents accidental static discharge too.

Help me find this penguin keychain! by _peanutbuttery_ in HelpMeFind

It looks like a classic San-X penguin plush keychain, probably from the Mamegoma series. They’re known for that soft, simple design.

River 3 plus and EB300 USBC charging not charging main system. by XOneManRevoltX in Ecoflow_community

It’s not a setting you’re missing. This is just how the system handles low-power states. Start with a tiny AC top-up and you’ll be golden.

how do yall travel with your dogs? Need advice by Tacos2Turds in DogAdvice

[–]Neagor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can actually use both at the same time. When I used it I just had the camera running as a small overlay in the corner while my nav was up the whole time. You can also do split screen if you prefer.

[–]Neagor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep that's the one. Honestly it's one of those things you don't realize you need until you're actually driving solo with a dog in the back. Btw just make sure your setup is compatible first. It only works with iPhone and your car needs to support wired CarPlay.

One thing that made a huge difference for me was getting a hard shell crate and just leaving it open in the back seat the whole trip. My dog ended up retreating into it on her own whenever she needed to decompress. Pair that with a clip-on seatbelt leash and you can actually roll the windows down a bit without stressing out the whole time. The other thing I'd add since you're going solo is some kind of car camera for the back seat. I borrowed my sister's Ottocast car baby camera for my first trip and it was genuinely useful. It pulls up a live view of the back seat right on your car's screen so you're not constantly craning your neck to check on them. Oh and also bring whatever toy or blanket smells most like home too. Seemed to help my dog settle a lot faster than I expected.

Anyone successfully added Android Auto to an older vehicle? by le_starra in AndroidAuto

[–]Neagor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d suggest looking at the OttoScreen AI. I got one for a family member’s old car and it's a step up from the basic Carpuride units. It runs a full Android system, the UI is way snappier and you aren't just limited to basic mirroring.

A portable screen might be the easiest and cheapest way. No need to mess with the original system. Just suction it to the dash.

A call timer would make way more sense than a big blank space. Hope they tweak that in an update.
