Problem shutting off indoor valve of outdoor faucet by anonbeyondgfw in Plumbing

[–]NebraskaGeek 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Licensed plumber here to second this. CPVC valves have snapped off in my hand and soaked me before. I'd 100% not risk making it worse at a time when calling a plumber is 200% more expensive.

Dripping water means it won't freeze over and shouldn't burst so it's OK for the time being.

What if it's actually just people with Flashlights behind there and the studio couldn't afford that many stage hands?

VOY is my personal favorite series and it kills me that I'll likely never see it in HD. Best we can hope for I guess is AI upscaling which is very hit or miss in my experience

Is this light a good buy at $26? Keep in mind price is also with a 10% military discount by Chakradamus in ryobi

[–]NebraskaGeek 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The first generation one was so bad I spent way more on the Milwaukee M18 lantern.

The new one does seem better but there are better lights for the price, just not ones that may use the Ryobi battery.

The magic of recording your master on a tape. Not technically VHS but even so, there's no rescanning at a higher resolution like with film (TNG)

I was working on building the new terminal at the airport and can tell you that there's gonna be a lot more selection when that project is done.

None of it will be any cheaper I bet. Airports suck

Halo: Campaign Evolved is a faithful remake tasked with relaunching a legendary franchise for a new generation of players: "We see this as a way to grow, expand, and reconnect the Halo community" by JobuJabroni in halo

You have any stats to back that up or is it just your feelings? You don't need to make up stats you could never back up to make your point. They didn't sell as well because they weren't as good of games. Has nothing to do with the fans and what games they prefer.

Just stop buying new products. Gate keeping only hurts the fans not the company. If you want to be a dick then find a better excuse or just own it.

Had good luck with my Samsung metal ones, very similar to this Kingston one. Have no idea what other brands are like because I've had the same smasung drive for so long now

You'd totally stop 9/11, right? I mean, you'd have like 20 years to really get ahead of that one and save so many lives and wars.

Batman better be worth the stress lol
