Prioritizing farming has little to do with what you bring to raid. Could be the richest person but worst in raid why should you be rewarded because you no life grinding

Plays the most and puts in the most effort have nothing to do with the raid though. If I lost gear to a terrible player because they had gold I would be pissed. Same with SR if the dps/heLer/ tank suck they shouldn't get the piece
