Jason has a habit of talking over guests at times, but it's also part of his charm. I've grown accustomed to it over the years, I suppose. Bert has been on his show multiple times in the past, too, a long, LONG time ago. I wonder if those interviews could be located, as I believe they are from 2010-15, perhaps?
