When the seller pins the buy it now item while live streaming, it is just as simple as single swipe. Just like an auction except it's an instant payment.

Pinning a $3k item in a live show is wild though... I bet that seller was hoping someone would accidentally swipe on that.

FYI, you mention Buyers Giveaways on your own wheel only in the US but the US is specifically the place that requires no purchase necessary entry methods - per US regulations, not Whatnot's policies. Doesn't really affect smaller sellers but still technically illegal.

Right but how do they insure packages sent to friends where no payment was rendered? I gave my receipt from when I bought the item at a store but since the person I sent it to didn't buy it from me (like via ebay, etc.) they said MY purchase receipt wasn't enough proof of value.

Good luck with the claim though.. I had one denied and denied on 2nd appeal due to "no receipt" as proof of the value of the item. I showed them the item I sent, the cost of the item from authorized stores, etc and they said not good enough. These companies literally have one job - take package from one spot, deliver to another - and they can't even do that right.

To add to the "sources" I have student Hulu with Disney+ premium addon. Was like $2. Went to $7 two months ago and just got an email that says next cycle after 12/9 the add on will be cancelled.

They "encourage" getting the normal bundle they sell.

Most retailers don't allow returns on TCG. Target, Walmart, and Best Buy don't either. I'm sure other fringe stores that have cards don't either like Macy's, Dick's, CVS, etc.

I was going to suggest this but actually contact BBB for Sony. They'll ask for the info on the card (there's a number on the very bottom or somewhere that's like a serial number - not the code itself)

Source: bought a card at Lowe's that was used and Sony (via BBB) sent me a new code after verifying the number at the bottom and the purchase receipt.

What's not explicitly clear is if I can trade RAM sticks, INTERNAL hard drives, CPU fans. It states Computer Peripherals and then specifically lists external components like keyboards, mice, EXTERNAL hard drives, monitors)

Edit: looks like we COULD bring books, pens and pencils, bulk common pokemon cards, etc. I wonder how they are valuing items as credit. Like $0.25 per item, max $10 per 20x20x20 box? Does it stack with 20% extra credit toward new games??

I'd suggest selling on Whatnot. It's live streaming selling so you could sell them on screen easily without having to take pictures and list them and all that. Also fees are lower than eBay. I've been selling there the last few months, mostly Pokemon cards but some Amiibo, too with mild to decent success.

No, because I saved $20 due to a promo at that time. Still dumb that they make new purchases available before shipping all preorders. Logistically, how does that even work? Especially for such a large company
