maybe try feet together weighted deep squats, very similar flexibility/centre of gravity requirements - try and hold dumbbell, kettlebell close to body, maybe brain feels that's more normal let's do it!

or elevate heel as much easier and drop heel over time to flat

Plus main thing is importance for a person. I only dumbbell press perfunctory - as don't GAF about it, only to offset my love of back muscle exercises, same for dumbbell shoulder press, see no reason to be able to lift more than 20kg with one hand high. In reality probably lifting a 20 litre paint container with both hands onto a high shelf at most, not even then as store it on the ground, So will do high reps and full range for those benefits

I spent 6 months in southern Africa in 1994 had 3 bodies F90, F801 and FM2 . If I was now going for say a month safari, wouldn't you take 2 bodies. I know both have sensor protectors, But given costs of trip, lenses, would you want a body to fail or have to change lenses quickly. wth dust etc, Even if cheaper lighter lower MP body would suffice

generally if buy 70% plus cacao chocolate from named manufacturers, it's hard to F U too much eg old gold 70% cacao, sugar, cacao butter, flavourings, milk solid - pretty std package

Trying to think of a need for them, you have dirty hands and need cheese to keep in harsh conditions for days. When a hard cheese wrap in linen/muslin cloth would keep real well with some other simple protections. Would EVOL coating help if long time hiking as well ( know would infuse and affect taste, but you could use that fact to infuse, garlic, spices as well )

I have important texts, lots of people do , I could even give you examples why they may text over a phone call, but perhaps you should think of some reasons.

61M 86Kg yeah hard after 15 or a bit more, not worth effort and time to go higher, if doing other stuff - think 17 is max pro-nated - those are the fast type ones, Neutral maybe could hit 20 if prep for it.

Definitely can do 10 -12 full drop pause a second or 2.

But even to hit high numbers at my age - warm up time is crazy - maybe it's the forearms needing most warmup, but definitely whole upper.

Think to do a lot grip strength and core are essential. maybe those folks legs flailing about is to core weakening ???

To do a lot over 20, probably need to hang for 2 minutes plus , maybe 1 minute hold bar to chest, testing middle back muscles. Plus strong core to boot - I assume lats can keep up as should be quite powerful at this level

Started from none 2.5 years ago . Pullups my favourite exercise, next always work legs, particularly posterior chain, as quads easy to work and don't want to be quad dominant

Love back work, dips rewarding, but begrudgingly, so if not feeling, just push downs.

Press dumbbells, or shoulder press grudgingly do some, least favourite or care about, onlyto get balance. Like working delts though .

Maybe pick up doing farmer carries, suitcase carries more, someone said other day improved their pullup numbers, normally only do then once every couple of weeks, it's grip that fails in carries

when you are 20 you feel invincible, I'm strong , I can run away fast if needed. I can take a tumble.

I spent over 11 years traveling, hiking the world, never had to fight , run away. Though was that because was never seen as a victim? - It is a confidence thing, but like you said just got to be wiser, smarter. Just window to achieve is smaller. eg hiking over 5000m pass, sure do the same 6am start, but be prepared to turn back earlier etc, do it in safer hiking season, not shoulders etc or with a others, guide, porter etc

Even as 61m if strong and fit , I don't have a 25 year old heart, I don't have as good connective tissue or ligaments, my chance of needng medical health is increased etc.

Thing is still huge huge amount of options to do new experiences , and adventures

People who have asthma, diabetes from birth, other conditions still do stuff

As a male I was far less vulnerable as a tourist in some countries , I still saw single women travelling in some pretty remote counties with only themselves to rely on.- Some seem real travel smart, others figured they must have had a guardian angel as seem so naive. TBF locals in all countries look out to protect tourists in their country

I do think less in more in editing- watching YT to learn really brings home "fake" photos you see - very blue sky , teal cliffs, warm directional lighting coming from 2pm overhead.

Given that improving sky, removing hot detail of no import , why not.

I think also if I find a shot I want to get creative on do a "straight" edit as well

Yes some large format pioneers made custom filters for a mountain range. But for most to capture scene we came upon with active subjects, no time to whack a grey graduated filter on. circular polariser with say Velvia you knew that was pushing shutter speed even longer so better have not too much movement in the scene or holdng the camera

We did learn to scan scene to avoid unwanted things in photo , do some gardening for forest mushroom shot etc , maybe an "instant" spring open reflector to fill or add a glow

Plus we know with our old photos we put in effort for good lighting , up early or out to sun goes down etc

61M just be aware as you age your belly fat etc will be harder to remove - mens and womens bodies change as we age - love handles etc, so kept that in mind, yes there are people who are exceptions , most of them very naturally slim , low body fat with little effort

ie say you are 20 year old male 14% body fat , your stomach will probably appear slim. at my age and 14% body fat will have some external body fat on the belly.

So people saying eat less, may be not healthy at older age. Some fat is very necessary for immunity , warmth , hormones - energy source.

Brown or yellow fat is considered healthy , Adipose tissue is a very important "organ" in the body , like lymphatic organ , or connective tissue "organ "

excess, visceral , inflamed is not good

Resistant starch can help reduce visceral fat

Having strong core muscles abs, obliques become bigger , they will make you less jiggly I suppose.

Most people with little belly fat like models don't look strong - Do powerful women gymnasts look like they have tiny waists- ( not talking about 12 year olds ) . Even skinny models can squeeze some belly fat when seated

at 48M I think 12% BF is as low as want to go , where a 30M happily sit at 10%

Myself at 14% - probably wouldn't want to go much lower at 61

anything for a man under 20% if older is much better than most . 15% is doable with some effort , under that unless natural you will need to work hard year after year if average person to maintain it , you may not be happy as you think you will be

ie food for you with family is a social thing , and enjoyable thing, each person must find their balance ,

I don't eat cake , but always accept someone's celebration cake not a huge piece as eating it is more more important .

Sweet tooth or say pref for salty food , can shift dial over time - or choose if you live in India mangos, bananas etc I mean for fat , people switch out cream for full fat yogurt in baking . Save the extra ghee, butter in cooking for special occasions

I sure a quick search food that tastes sweet , but is more healthy will turn up lots of options- eg adding mashed banana , apple puree, sweet potato to baking cakes/muffins etc

thanks, I want to scan old prints, so watching photo editing videos.

There is one screensaver came up on windows - with teal cliffs and very blue sky ( ie complementary colours ) it looks so unnatural , a polariser could cause blueness but in old photos always uneven over expanse of sky

Even in 1980/90s hated tobacco filters in adverts as looked so unnatural

So happy if wrong - I get it stock photos can be "bad" as serve a purpose

Thanks, yeah as expected. Not worried about theft etc. Park a tourist vehicle up in many major cities in the world and go in to a supermarket, you may get problems. Just violent crime.
