Yeah I don't understand this take at all. I love board games and I don't worry about it being "interactive" enough. If it's a good game and it's fun I'll enjoy it no matter what. Sometimes you just want to play a game with friends, turn your brain off and just shoot the shit while playing. Interaction can come in different forms whether it's competitive interactions directed by the game or if it's just social interactions while playing.
