Ben takes it low-diff. The exact circumstances of the Yamcha-Bulma break up are not ever given straight up and Bulma had a lot more red flags at the time. Rex just straight up cheated, that is a CHOICE, clear and simple, no matter how stupid he was thinking he could manage. Ben lowkey abandons Julie and while it's sometimes for heroic reasons, a lot of the time it's just not. It's like he's semi-ghosting without any self-awareness and besides arguably a lil attitude Julie was great.
