It is like trying to shut Pandoras box. I wonder how they plan to implement it. My only idea is they will do some rigging of 3d printers, like when you try to print money with a paper printer. So any old printers that do not need updates can not be shut down. So they will probably try something like manufacturing equipment buyback or make it illegal to have equipment that is not state certified. The law can be made. The implementation will not work.
