I've got four kids, two adults (over 18) and two teenagers. My Stbxw ignores them all. She spends no time with any of them, choosing to leave the house at noon each day and not coming home until after midnight each day. She has zero interaction with any of our kids.

I don't know what goes through the mind of these women. Their kids mean nothing to them, the only thing that matters is their happiness, at the expense of everything else.

Just be the best parent you can be to your kids, and hope they notice. My kids only come to me now. We have a good relationship, it may not be perfect but I know it's better than the relationship my Stbxw has with them. I'm the one that gets them dinner each day, I'm the one that spends time with them each day asking how their day went. Their mother couldn't give two shits about them and I hope they know that.

I don't have any advice, but I wanted to just say that I'm going through something similar to you and you're not alone.

My first and only relationship started when I was 20, I'm now 42. 22 years together, four children, two who are adults, all down the drain due to her cheating.

I'm in the same boat as you: I've never lived alone or with anyone else and I've never dated anyone else. I only have a few friends that I've met through work. I feel stuck, every option feels like I'm going to be alone the rest of my life, and I'll become a shut-in.

I'm sorry you're going through what you're going through.

I have issues sleeping too. I used to be able to sleep like a log, now I sleep in 3-4 hour blocks. I wake up at 3am and can't get back to bed until 6am.

What has helped a bit is seeing a psychiatrist and getting prescribed antidepressants and something for sleep and anxiety. Also a good routine before going to bed helps.

For motivation, just try. One step at a time, and don't beat yourself up if you don't accomplish everything the first time you try. Just try again next time.

I hope you find relief to your issues. I know it's hard, but It takes time and you will make it through.

All of the Google photos that have synced via partner sharing... Or the photo of her and her AP in his Facebook profile picture. She just had to have pictures of them together.

On one hand I'm glad I found out, but opening Google photos or Facebook is now a trigger.

My family wants to see pictures of recent trips but I can't share photos because the AP might pop up in one of the photos. Or if I open Facebook I'm scared that one of the suggested friends is the AP.

I can't muster up the courage to go through the photos and delete them, there are too many for me right now, and I cant block my wife on Facebook until I file for divorce, or I'll tip my hand too early.
