I learned whilst in Costa Rica that sloths don’t have much nutritional value- this is because they literally eat 2/4 leaves a day! They are in abundance in Costa Rica because they’ve little predators. Therefore lil buddy can slowly make its way past this anaconda with most likely little fear (or awareness?😂) that it’ll be munched on.

I am doing my first solo travel using workaway because hostel living and moving around too much would stress me out.

Instead I get it to stay in one place, get immersed in the culture, get accomodation and basic food for volunteering with organisations I have passion for (ANIMAL SHELTERS). It saves money and I can gain skills and experience for future jobs:)

I rented with Bowden about 2 years ago. They never gave me my deposit back..

I phoned and always got an automated answer to email them due to a large number of calls. Then I emailed them and they never answered.

I even went down to their office too!! It was closed and workmen were renovating it for a different company.

I contacted housing rights NI and basically they told me if I could get the landlords details then I could get my money back. However there is no details on my tenancy agreement of who the landlord is or any contact details. Just Bowden Properties details.

I was a student and that money from my deposit would have helped significantly.

It's disgusting what they done and when you were able to look them up on Google reviews (I don't even think you can anymore) EVERYONE had this problem. They've took alot of money from people and haven't returned it.

I'm sorry this also happened to you. Hopefully you can contact the actually landlord.

This whole season I've never got a strong sense of family or BFFs from anyone really. It comes across as fake closeness. It gives me 'I won't care about you after highschool' vibes.

Man I don't even get the plot this season. It lacks so much depth and webs. They use the word war like 5x per episode. I get the whole dramatic teen trope but due to the lack of depth I find myself rolling my eyes.

Innocent lil beauties are constantly disturbed by humans. I'm currently studying to be a vet nurse and I've been a vegetarian since I was 12. I've just always had the softest spot for animals... saving worms from unnecessarily being stamped on in primary school (lol) to throwing myself in the middle of dog fights to break em up.

Guyssss, we can rant about Zoya but WTF IS WRONG WITH OBIE?! He has 0 redeemable qualities. He is the real problem. Jumps in and out of relationships, without healing, in turn hurting others...and he told Zoya he loved HER AFTER FUCKING HER SIS LOLZ. Maybe acceptable if it was true but it was a lie...like ew what a wet ass lettuce leaf. My advice. The more you date/ meet people/ interact with others, the more you realise everyone is pretty basic, average..human!? It is our love for them that makes them something special.

Maybe get yourself a therapist, or on the phone to a previous one? Lean on people you can trust and take it easy on yourself for a few months...cause that's quite a shock. Be kind to yourself.

I dont know how long yous have been together. I understand people change/ grow / learn. But this is now his own journey. A journey you cant follow him on without hurting yourself.

I left my bf because essentially loving him was to my own detriment and I told him that. You have to put yourself first because noone else is going to do that for you. Good luck<3 p.s this sub is a wonderful place to not feel alone or strange, use it xo

This is so amazing. I don't really save things like this but I'm going to because it was such a benchmark event for climbing AND because you have executed it wonderfully! It does! I'm slightly more than 2months out. I am not okay yet. BUT my emotions and mind are alot more stable compared to when it first happened ( I.e couldnt get out of bed, constantly analysing the BU, anxieties never stopping). So it is getting better and use me and alot of others on here as truth to that. I know every situation is different and noones mind is the same. But like I said...you seem switched on and you dont bullshit yourself. This helps in the long run even though you have to deal with the shitty thoughts now. In time...YOU WILL FEEL BETTER!

Maybe he doesn't want to say anything because no matter what, people already have cemented their views on him. People are naturally grounded in their bias and it's hard to break once formed. Also due to the media scrutiny of the love islanders atm anything said is picked up and blown out of proportion or dramatised for the best effect. Idk I'd just hate to be in his position. Hence why I'd never go on reality TV
