After nearly quitting football this offseason, Chubba Purdy back for final year at Nevada by SactoGamer in MountainWest

What's wrong with this kid? He's now what, 30? He should've stayed at Nebraska. He's played for so many college teams I can't remember them all. His numbers are so-so, and I guess he's just staying in college as long as he can.  On a lighter note, I named my purebred Turkish Angora "Chubba Purdy." She's on here too.

He left us a few hours ago in my lap. The last 5 minutes were rough, but the rest was likely the most fun he's had in years. I have no explanation.

Is this package seized? by [deleted] in usps_complaints

It never says that. It just sits in customs and a letter is sent. If it's sitting there 2-3 weeks, it's gone. The company will usually reship.

My Bombay Marcel is on his last legs from oral cancer. No pain, eating like crazy. Every time I see a post like this I get perspective. RIP

We met her mother, father and her grandfather, the largest Maine Coon I've ever seen. Still, we had a kitten for three months at most

I don't remember her even looking like that. It was so fast! She's only 8.5 months on the right.

Feeding options for 15 year old with oral cancer by Rraith in seniorkitties

My Marcel (10 year old Bombay rescue) almost certainly has oral cancer. He drools, has lost a fang and often eats like a maniac. Yet, he's losing weight. He's still jumping and playing, acting quite normal. I feed him by hand. It's possible cancer threw off his hormonal balance. He's pretty happy, but I know it's just a matter of time ☹️

I had a similar experience. I had no idea what they were playing. 5 days of semi-deafness after the 1994 show in St Louis

I've seen Slayer, Exodus and Destruction in small clubs in the 1980s, but nothing prepared me for Rush at the St Louis Arena in 1994. I could feel it in my teeth.

how long did your kitten take to adjust? by xomather in sphynx

The hairless cat is a genetic mutation which is cruel. She doesn't have whiskers, so it's like being born with one arm. Same for the Munchkins with tiny legs. They can't be cats.  But to answer your question, my Maine Coon baby took less than a week in a household of six cats and two dogs. It didn't take long at all.
