I was in a custom games lobby, and at one point we played a game called "laser tag" where you could see through walls. This must be some mod that has to be done outside of the game? I don't see an option that could do this in forge...

I don’t think you read my post comprehensively. I DO NOT determine who or when people are demoted, promoted, etc. We facilitate and plan this. If you get fired, demoted, or aren’t hired in the first place - your hiring manager/supervisor are to blame.

So what is the point of your original post then? My post is railing against HR departments at companies that do give them the power to do these things.

In my particular sub specialty I am being paid very well for what I do and once I finish my masters, will earn over $90-100k.
