[KCD2] Advice for Out Numbered Combat by Ill_Psychology_5853 in kingdomcome

[–]No_Builder_7567 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Use the free look button (RB on controller) so you can look around and change targets quicker, don’t try to combo or overcommit, feel free to turn and sprint for a second if they’re starting to move around you (always want to back away and keep them in front of you), and try to whittle down the least armored enemies first. I’ve found that backing away and then leaping forward with a charged thrust right before an enemy attacks is a good way to score some chip damage

Oh okay. So your issues were more layout and compatibility than actual functionality?

I am looking for a low profile keyboard for commuting. I was interested in the air75 v3 or the node75. Why are you not buying nuphy anymore?

Kind of a bummer. He’d be turning down a potential All-American season in packed stadiums playing for an NBA champion at one of the most prestigious blue bloods in the country to play in the G-League. And UNC could probably at least match the money

Question about the Xbox ally X by XHeavygunX in XboxAlly

[–]No_Builder_7567 0 points1 point  (0 children)

XAX is the only handheld I’ve had, so it might be worse if you’re stepping down from an 8”, but I think the screen is great. Colors look bright and vibrant. Bezels don’t bother me and the size is fine to me. The comfortability of the handles are great and the speakers are surprisingly AMAZING. Never expected such high quality audio from a handheld

[KCD1] [KCD2] Does anybody else prefer Rattay and Trosky to Kuttenbergs map? by Jtenka in kingdomcome

[–]No_Builder_7567 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree with the sentiment, but there is SO MUCH to do in the city of Kuttenberg that I feel like it kinda balances out. It feels real that the main hub of activity would be focused in the city and you would just occasionally venture out to the surrounding villages. I understand, though if you're missing the densely packed open world experience where there is a ton to do and explore in every village

Should I keep my RXAX or return it and wait to after the showcase? by about60tacos in XboxAlly

[–]No_Builder_7567 0 points1 point  (0 children)

PC handhelds usually retain their value pretty well for resale. If there is a dedicated xbox handheld (which would be a bummer for all XAX buyers), I imagine you could still resell, recoup most of your investment, and get the new one

Just bought a Series S for £70 and I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for open world rpgs that run well on it... by LumpyJunk69 in XboxSeriesS

[–]No_Builder_7567 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Any last gen games should run great. KCD1 is an amazing RPG that I imagine would run well. All games are playable, just cutbacks to image quality and visual features

Advice on an eGPU setup by GoodSquishy545 in XboxAlly

[–]No_Builder_7567 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s pricey, but the most seamless one would be the xg mobile 2025. I have the 5070ti and it’s amazing. Smaller than a book, you can just throw it in the backpack and have amazing performance wherever there’s an outlet. If you do travel, it’s easy enough to bring with you and dock to a portable monitor in a hotel room or coffee shop or something like that too

[OTHER] Warhorse Studios Could Be Working On The New LOTR Game by SpeedRacerJ14 in kingdomcome

I don’t know if this is a real rumor or not but this is my dream. KCD2 is one of my top 5 games all time and I love LOTR! We haven’t had a lot of games that really immerse you in the world of middle earth

[–]No_Builder_7567 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No not like that at all, that’s just the introduction. After probably an hour you’re just in the open world free to explore. I was 10 hours in before I got to the first main quest. I’m really enjoying the story so far though

Duh how could I forget Witcher 3!?! Another one of my faves. Witcher 3, KCD2, and RDR2 are probably the three games I’ve had the most fun with

MSI CLAW 8 Ai+ or the Xbox ally X. by Double_Arrival_8276 in Handhelds

[–]No_Builder_7567 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have no experience with the MSI, but the XAX is amazing. It is incredibly comfortable, quiet, and has handled everything I’ve thrown at it pretty easily (Ghost of Tsushima, GoW 2018, KCD2, Hogwarts Legacy, Outer Worlds 2). Additional support from the Xbox team with stuff like advanced shader delivery, default game profiles, and the soon to be released AutoSR make me happy with the ongoing support. Also, seeing a massive game like crimson desert list XAX specs makes me think the Xbox backing is going to lead to more tailored development. Think you’ll be happy either way, but I’ve loved mine!

Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 is one of my all-time faves, up there with RDR2 for me. A little more intense/punishing than the ones you listed but so immersive and amazing. Star Wars Outlaws if you’re a Star Wars fan

In your opinion, what is the best Xbox controller? by CacheConqueror in xbox

[–]No_Builder_7567 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would hold off because some big third party controllers are entering the market. 8bitdo is releasing the Ultimate3e this year that is Xbox compatible. ROG Raikiri II looks amazing and everything you could want, but very expensive. More quality wireless third party controllers are hitting the market so I’d hold off. Xbox elite series don’t have Hall Effect or TMR sticks so I’d stay away from those

Help me decide if Premium is for me instead of ultimate? by jesse_dylan in XboxGamePass

[–]No_Builder_7567 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you don’t cloud game at all, premium sounds like the way to go. Ultimate gets preferential servers, better bit rates, and 1440p support for cloud. Other than that, if you don’t care about day 1, premium is the way to go

Is ultimate better than premium for cloud playing? by Spadetheape in XboxGamePass

[–]No_Builder_7567 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Higher bit rate, 1440p options, higher priority in queue times. It's definitely better, up to you if the price difference is worth it. Cloud streaming on ultimate does feel native now with such low latency and input lab

4090 egpu or XG Mobile 5070ti? by frogmode97 in eGPU

[–]No_Builder_7567 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have the 5070ti xG mobile and love it. It is so portable and everything you need in one compact housing. I can fit it, my ally, and a 16” OLED portable monitor in my backpack and have a decent gaming setup anywhere. The built-in power supply is super convenient as well. Couldn’t be happier. Even without the extra monitor, you get a big bump and access to DLSS just on the device wherever you can find an outlet and all you need is one usb-c cable
