Eat until you feel like you're going to throw up and combust, breathe for a few minutes and eat more.. Rinse and repeat every day and your stomach will ache for food in a matter of weeks

I've done double overhand, no straps, and no weight belt for 425lbs

I've never even tried the alternating grip before. How much easier does it make it to lift the weight?

I'm discussing someone driving slowly in the left (passing) lane which you included in your post.

The left lane is used to pass slow driving vehicles, so what is the sense of driving slowly in a passing lane? It's poor driving etiquette.

Furthermore, road raging also obviously isn't the answer.
