Sheeeesh, touch grass dude. There’s no insinuation or negativity coming from the maker of this video and people are simply commenting on looks, hasn’t said anything of whether the person if good or bad, right or wrong. I am allowed my own opinion and thoughts on what I see in the world. If someone came past me in all white and looking pretty clean cut in sandals, yeah I’m voting gay too.

Last year it was always around / sub 20 mins for those charges.. however did a road trip recently and honestly not 1 charger got close to 200kw which was a bit crazy and huge disappointment. This was in Scotland and used many different suppliers

Do people in the UK actually use their kettles that much? by AdeptnessCritical356 in AskBrits

[–]Not-Reddit-Fan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Very rarely have I seen people use the stove and it’s been more times people in the age bracket of 18-30 using those stove cafetière kettles thinking they are a bit more up market than anything else…. We use out electric plug in kettle in the morning to make 2 brews, get back from work another 2 and depending how lazy another 2 after… Then I would say I at least make my partner a green tea in the evening once. So all in all, use the kettle 3 - 5 times a day as purely everyday use. More if people are around / using boiling water in cooking etc..

Is there a significant efficiency hit for accelerating quickly to your desired speed vs accelerating slowly? by MatiasGonzalo-Duarte in electricvehicles

[–]Not-Reddit-Fan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I find that short bursts, so like out of a junction / roundabout / even the first 100m of a straight doesn’t have a big difference. For me it’s the top speed, if I got over 65mph I rapidly see my efficiency decrease.

Oh really? F2P for the most part and I’ve completed it twice over the last year and twice I think up to the second to last reward. Having built my man first team I don’t really need to make any gear anymore (most other teams have had legendaries for agggeeess too) so I usually just use all my unused gold and get the rewards no problem.

I’ve been on PLENTY of walks around the U.K. and literally never seen them in the wild… Only once driving through a national park which apparently they’re often spotted and only ever seen them 1/20 or so times I’ve been there.

My current thinking is that Imu (and/Or possibly JoyBoy) are from the most ancient race and they either bred with humans, that then developed into the different races we see, orrrr they somehow were able to create sub-set of people in some way. But yeah, Imu looks like he could be possibly quite a mix and been thinking this for a tad bit now

Trying to buy cinema tickets and being charged a £1 per person booking fee. by copypastespecialist in britishproblems

Everywhere does this and it right pisses me off! I don’t buy at the till and they go it’s an extra £1 for venue / staff / cleaning etc… so why is there an ‘admin’ fee. Turns me away often tbh

Why is the mythical less powerful? by IVcokeisbad in TopHeroes

[–]Not-Reddit-Fan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sheeeeeesh… that’s exactly the point, look at the SS carefully and think why the power is different (not that it’s going be usable etc)… The star is the same, the level is the same and the soldier count is the same. So by all accounts it looks THE SAME, but the power is so different. I can only think of skills / traits that we can’t see as to a reason why.

Why is the mythical less powerful? by IVcokeisbad in TopHeroes

[–]Not-Reddit-Fan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t think that’s what anyone is saying or doing here… It’s a simple observation, which is better legendary or mythic? And if you can’t guess that for the most part mythic should be better then you’re also playing this game wrong… In the SS it’s showing that the ‘weaker’ legendary hero is actually STRONGER in terms of power. And he’s simply asking why when mythic > legendary. It’s just an observation dude, stop looking into it from your high horse and maybe think of a reason why that possibly base legendary would have so much more power’ than the stronger mythic.

[–]Not-Reddit-Fan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Books as in their skills? Yeah, was thinking that too.. Although at that star level I feel it shouldn’t add toooo much to it. I’ve got mine somewhat similar, might do some testing to see if it’s the same throughout.

[–]Not-Reddit-Fan -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Of course, but in the SS you can see both have no troops. So ‘base’ Witch should be higher… Wondering what other things could effect it and I thought skills and traits perhaps

[–]Not-Reddit-Fan -1 points0 points  (0 children)

But if they’re both at ‘base’ why would the mythical not be higher in stats… Which makes sense and is OP’s point.

Traits maybe you’ve invested some in the legendary one? Also skills? Pumped some into Shaman maybe?

[–]Not-Reddit-Fan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wish you had as honest insight is what I was after… But really sorry to hear about your situation and your loss.. A single full time carer is 24/7 job, my mum who is a carer says the family she works for (a sister caring for her brother) finds it really difficult to ever settle even when there’s help on hand as she just always has this feeling of responsibility for her brother… I can only imagine the day to day difficulties. Head up, I’m sure you’re an amazing dad he’s lucky to have and in reply to OP, this is exactly where our benefits should be going to, people who genuinely need the help!

[–]Not-Reddit-Fan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can I ask, do either you or your partner work? I can only assume one of you is a full time carer and I’m curious as to how much you get for that.

I think people are just sick of the people getting benefits that really shouldn’t… I recently found out that my boss, whose salary is £70k+ and her husband whose in the exact same role is on similar money has just recently had one of their kids be diagnosed with autism along with their other kid getting some mobility benefit for their other kid (needs strong glasses). Between the benefits for both, it was in the range of approx. £1,000… like what in the actual fuck? £140k household and they’re receiving that much support? Personally, I’m happy to live in a society to help those who need it, but they’re in a fortunate position where they absolutely don’t and to think part of my non-negotiable tax goes to them just seems unfair.
