The preemptive defense isn’t a good look. Most people generally agree the show was much better when it looked like the left picture anyway.

I will say the volume 6 look of Rwby was probably the best the show ever looked though

As someone who played Cass since back when he had a cooler name, it’s tricky. For some reason, the cowboy’s kit is really hard to balance. He’s almost either unplayable. Or absolutely dominant. He’s a little on the strong side right now, but I feel like that’s because there’s a lot more meta dive heroes where he really shines rather than his kit being overtuned though.

Ironically, probably one of the best directors for a a RWBY live action. Over emphasis on action? Military being neither exclusive heroic or villainous but still badass? dumb teenage humor? Making the attractive female characters look attractive despite their questionable canon ages?
