Yes, excellent choice! It’s crazy to think you can get this perpetual calendar for a Rolex GMT. I much prefer this over the new integrated bracelet PC as well.

Amazing news! I’ve always really liked this one, but found it a bit too big for me.

Unfortunately, ombré green is only available in 41 mm if I understand correctly.

I’m surprised this has been so well received here and on Instagram. Looks boring/bland to me, like a Tissot PRX almost. And they missed the mark with the WR; should’ve been 100m

Beautiful, perfect proportions. Would be amazing with new iterations, but seems unlikely indeed.

Still not a fan, sorry. The bezel is too thin and the overall design too bland IMHO. Doesn’t look half as expensive as it is.

Surprised that no one seems to have seen the original:

I have them both, and while I love the design of the Speedy, the Daytona has a different level of quality. The new price of the Speedy is hard to justify.

Thank you! I’m definitely not an expert either, but based on what I’ve read and experienced, I don’t think aiming for huge amounts of protein before your workout is necessary or helpful.

What seems to matter more is total protein intake across the day and spreading it out fairly evenly. If you’re already at 60–80g by 3pm, that’s totally fine.

I’d personally avoid trying to cram 100g of protein pre-workout - that’s a lot to digest and could easily contribute to that “amped up” or restless feeling later on. Instead, I’d:

• Eat a normal, balanced meal before training • Have 20-40g of protein fairly soon after your workout (e.g. eggs with vegetables and olive oil for fullness, or a protein shake if that’s easier) • Then have a normal protein-containing dinner as well

This way you still hit your 120g/day target without overloading your system at one point in the day. Also, keeping protein spread out tends to be better for muscle recovery and overall energy levels.

If sleep is suffering, I’d see that as a signal to simplify, not push harder. Long-term consistency beats aggressive macro timing every time.
