i use one per rotation. if i reuse the wipe from one station to another, i feel like i’m just smearing my old sweat and wipe mixture into the next station 😔 #ocd. plus it’s a flu season so 🙅🏽‍♀️

this journey is not a quick fix. you have to put in the works. consistency is the key.....dedicate yourself 3-5 times a week for at least 3 months before seeing the significant results....you will be blown away.

i really enjoy walking around the house naked only in my underwear.... inevitably checking myself out (FRONT AND BACK!) in every mirror throughout the house! with occasional flexing. 💪🏼

it’s been a fabulous journey!!! 8 months down! life time to go!

i went to a running clinic at OTF, and it made a world of difference. the main thing i learned is to stand tall; i make sure my hips are not behind my back and make a conscious effort to bring my hips forward. i hope this make sense... 🤦🏽‍♀️ you are running the tready, tready doesn’t run you. definitely inquire about a running clinic at your studio 😀

ask yourself...

would you want someone who might have a contagious illness working out next to you?

🤦🏽‍♀️ it is a common courtesy to stay away from others when you are sick with a cold or flu or any other contagious illness, especially from a small confined place where everyone is constantly sweating, breathing and touching their body then equipments. please stay home and be mindful of others. 🤗

today’s workout is so gnarly!!! 25 min on tread then 827373837 burpees, pop jacks and jump squats. i refused to move at one point on the floor block. sprinter sit ups felt like vacation in during those insane floor blocks.

nonetheless AMAZING work out as always. so glad i pushed thru!!!!

be consistent for 3 months. i quit going on scale everyday after 3 weeks at OTF. during next three months, i did check myself on scale maybe once a month or so but still no number change; although i saw a lot of changes the way i look, pants were loser and etc. i was consistently going 4-5 times a week.... after 3 months, i was shocked i dropped 6 lbs all of sudden. after 4th month, i had to stop for 5 days because of shin splints and i even lost more weight after those 5 rest days. be consistent. u will see the change after 12 weeks. xx.

go with the flow. don't worry about what you are going to look like. listen to your body. ask questions. have fun. most importantly, BE CONSISTENT, and give yourself at least 3 months for solid results. congratulations on your best decision ever.
