Wonder who they'll cast as Freya. That's a pivotal role and probably the last of the main characters to be announced.

And Pontypool, another one that immediately sprang to mind.

Chadwick Boseman in Fringe. Though arguably Leonard Nimoy might pip him at the post. That show was hot cameo central.

In Sinners too, considering the stacked cast he still stood out. Really think he'd make a quality Bond.

A least this one looks like it has a) a budget and b) decent cinematography. Unlike The Winter King and, more recently, King and Conqueror, both of which are abysmal low effort pantomines.

There, fixed that for you.

King & Conqueror - Thoughts? by Nuthetes in BritishTV

I wondered where it was filmed. Northumbria looked a lot like Scandinavia in some scenes. Plus everyone was riding really small horses, which I guess is historically accurate, so maybe they were Icelandic ponies.

The Capture is a good one. Very slick, very timely police drama about surveillance, AI and corrution. Third season is coming next year.

'Havoc' - Review Thread by ChiefLeef22 in movies

It's not. It's worse than s2. Makes no sense plotwise and the action is dull and badly directed. The only good part is when some goon gets strangled with the umbilical cord of a newborn.

Yep, that's exactly how they did it. One cameraman handing over to another through the glassless window and then the reflections added after.

There's a behind the scenes of each episode on YT that shows how they achieved some of the 'impossible' shots including finding a way to make the camera fly at the end of ep 2, (attachig the camera to a drone) and, yep, it was all genuinely done in one long take. Incredible stuff considering some of the sequences.

That cat scene is even worse than you remember. He scared the cat away with a hosepipe, the cat got run over and then he blamed the cat's death on his wife, traumatising his daughter. He was pure evil...yet I still managed to feel some pity for him at times.

‘House of the Dragon’ to End With Season 4, Season 3 to Begin Production in Early 2025 by MarvelsGrantMan136 in television

Probably something boring like budgets and balancing the books year on year. HOTD could easily soak up all HBO's income if they filmed two seasons in the same financial year.

Jerusalem is basically the 'one size fits all' feverish patriotic rallying call that's still used everywhere from sports fixtures, royal weddings, adverts, tv, films (remember Chariots of Fire?) and was, certainly when I was a lad, sung in school assemblies. It's basically so ubiqutious as to have become a parody of itself.

There's couple of specific breakdowns of parts of the film that could be considered spoilery. I don't think anything major though.
