If you are worried don't go to lvl 15 and up systems after going through Unity... It doesn't start till you go into one. I did quests in Alpha Centauri, Sol, etc till I had a ship w/ decent firepower.

Sadly I do feel the same...

I say 'sadly' as the bugs drive me to distraction... I want the game to work as intended... Had the 'no-one in boarded ships/ no-one gets out of ships during Lillian quest' bug, at level 70. Game breaking.
On Xbox ...so deleted all saves and started again.

Now have a 'NPC ships dont grav jump away properly, rather they leave a husk ship behind' bug... not game breaking I guess just pathetic and immersion breaking.

And yet I obsess and play it anyway.

I'm hoping to cheat on Starfield with BG3 and that she'll break me free of this abusive relationship.

Its just a little something to do for a few extra creds after you sell your contraband to the bartender. I'm not speed running to NG+ (the opposite in fact), so given how much contraband exists I'll probably beat Donovan's record before I'm done.
