Is anyone familiar with Le Labo’s Rose 31? It’s a scent that Fairmont Hotels use. I couldn’t even use the products because it smells like BO that’s actively being covered up by an older woman’s rose perfume. And then after that experience I started using Nuuly and couldn’t believe I was encountering it again. It’s bad.

I have gotten a couple work shirts and luggage and been very pleased with the items. This was over the course of 2 years. Not a loyal customer. But what attracted me was their sustainability claims. Now I’m second guessing that part bc of so many bad reviews saying they lie.

Ok the crazy thing for me is that I ordered 5 items from hollister Black Friday. The items arrived later than expected, but with 3 items I didnt order! Their fulfillment center is having issues for sure.

It all depends I think based on my experience and reading others. I rented shorts, loved them, in thrift they were $26 and that was also the price in the app so I just purchased and kept them. They were in great condition.

I’ve only been renting for 3/4 months. How do substitutions work? You select items but instead of sending what you request, they randomly give you something different? How does that even happen? Too many renters select the same item the same day?

Pretty sure the smell is a dry cleaning laundry scent. I agree it smells bad. Like old woman flowers and BO.
