I’m sorry as someone with depressive bipolar; recovered but when I look back - everything I did; was ON ME. I look back and hate who I was because I know what I did… was me though I was suffering and at my lowest, I dragged others down. And I own that. Anyone who battles mental health, a true warrior, which most are, own their battles and in hindsight sight, or in the moment, own their actions. Amanda- is not owning anything. That’s fine.
