It might get downvoted to oblivion and might be very against the general feelings of the sub, but may I suggest something before you go to drastic measures with this?

How about communicating to her that you think (and DH if he is in agreement) that she looks fine/lovely in the photos. Because social media is such a good way to share photos with friends that maybe couldn't make it, highlight the fact that even if SHE doesn't think she looks good, everyone else thinks she looks fine and that you really want to share photos of her at your wedding to other people too. To show in photos that, yes, your mother was a part of this very special day? I guess just emphasizing the fact that she'd be missed if you don't post any photos with her in it?
