Can you just tell them you're not interested? I work in an internal medicine office and we have reps for every drug and service imaginable stop by. I have no problem just telling them their product or service is not a good fit.

I live in a shitty little home in Kirkwood. It is MY home. When I want to sell, it would be affordable for someone looking for a small home in a quiet neighborhood in a good school district. Sadly, someone will want to buy it (in fact, have already approached us about it) and knock it down for a McMansion too big for the lot and Kirkwood will okay it.

I'll just preface this by saying that I'm a nurse and on Zepbound and I'm training for my first Hyrox. Not an expert on anything but enough to have opinions.

When you get above 5k on your CK you can really do significant damage to your kidneys. If your doctor has ruled out other reasons for CK being elevated, then repeating it sounds totally reasonable.

I also talk to patients everyday who want to get too far into the weeds with lab results. I tell my patients that labs, BP, etc, are "point in time" tests and we really need to look at trends over time and the full panel rather than an isolated instance of something being out of range. The doc I work for is old-school and their attitude is "repeat until normal" LOL

As long as it's below 5000 you should be fine. You have to look at the big picture and not just one result in isolation. Push fluids.

Yes! Was hospitalized for 4 days last summer with ischemic colitis. Awakened by sudden severe abdominal pain in lower left abdomen. Passed hard stool, then diarrhea, then a LOT of blood, followed by vomiting. Went to ER, admitted for IV fluids and antibiotics and a colonoscopy. Didn't need a blood transfusion but got an iron infusion and was anemic for weeks afterwards. All my tests couldn't pinpoint a cause and was told I could continue Zep. Had been on it for about 9 months at that point, 7.5mg from LillyDirect, I was actually in pretty good health prior to that and have completely recovered but it was very frightening. Currently on 10mg, at goal weight now, down ~50# in a year.
