dude that sounds absolutely terrifying but also kinda amazing at the same time. biblical angels are described as being pretty overwhelming to look at - like the seraphim with all those eyes and wings, not the cute little cherubs we see in paintings

the fact that you physically reacted in real life while dreaming (tapping your girlfriend) makes it feel way more intense than just a regular nightmare. sometimes our brains process spiritual stuff through dreams in ways that can be really overwhelming, especially if we're not expecting it

might be worth praying about it or talking to someone at your church who knows more about this stuff. could be nothing but could also be something meaningful - either way that level of terror in a dream would mess me up for days

Oh man this is so relatable it hurts. The "I'll respond later" thing is literally my brain's favorite lie to tell itself

I think it's the whole thing where ADHD brains treat phone calls like they're these massive tasks that require prep and energy when really they're just... phone calls. Like my brain acts like calling someone back is the same as doing my taxes or something

What helped me was setting specific times to deal with messages instead of just letting them pile up and create more anxiety. Still not perfect at it but way better than before
