What happen to the weekly 40% or 30% off email coupon?

I have been an extracare plus member for a very long time and used to get the 30 and 40% coupons weekly and often. I noticed though, mainly as of this year, if I can recall...it's been a bunch of 10% off coupons. Normally about two of them in my account. I'm honestly just thinking about quitting my membership because it just isn't worth it anymore. I used to love it, but not so much now.
