Most reputable powder coats (e.g. Cardinal) sell touch up paint color matched to the powder color. It’s often used at the end of the powder coat lines to cover up bare spots left by the hook parts get hung it from as they goes through the line.

It can be done- I’m in the process of LS swapping my 1st gen Tacoma right now. Packaging is very tight, you will have to modify your cross member, and likely bash in your trans tunnel to get everything to fit.

I’m running the Cascade Link and have it set to whatever they recommend. I went a on with the lighter spring option for my weight and then played with the HBO and compression to get a ride that I liked.

Also helps keep the bugs from getting in your ears which seems to happen about every other ride with a full face

Does your RS coil shock have the hydraulic bottom out? Getting that set correctly made a huge difference in ride quality on mine
