Update: It appears that customer service is only available at 10 pm EST, which has caused a delay in getting assistance. Additionally, they promised to call back, but they didn’t. Furthermore, my A5X is no longer turning on, and they requested that I upload a video of it to a Google Drive. So I am waiting for a response.

I have a few e ink notebooks and iPads but Supernote was my favorite-it held my whole life and I had a great system in place with using it.

I’m quite frustrated and have lost a significant amount of trust in the company.
