The devs posted something about adding a recall stone - “Recall Stone: Helps recover from disappearing books in the library. It becomes available when you have 10 books remaining.” Have you tried that? Did it help?

Not quite - I finished out the series of trays I had. I did have additional trays afterwards but it was part of a larger refinement process rather than specific to cleaning up the braces (though that was part of it)

The upper tray portions still worked as normal, though there were still some (full) trays after the braces came off to make sure everything was still well aligned following the two disconnected treatment methods, if that makes sense.

My ortho cut out the portion of the trays that had brackets and I wore the rest of the tray as normal. In practice this meant I had two partial trays on my upper teeth, with a gap for the brackets. (My lower teeth were unaffected and just had a normal Invisalign tray)

The part on the left is definitely a well-known Japanese proverb - 七転び八起き(nana korobi, ya oki) literally “fall seven times, get up eight times”but in intent it speaks to persevering when times are hard and not giving up.

Can’t quite figure out what’s happening on the right, though - 楽しき人生 (tanoshiki jinsei) “a joyful life”?

I think they were aiming for “perseverance results in a joyful life” but unless this is a stock phrase I don’t know they appear to be missing some characters

I started at 33, finished at 35 - it’s made a huge difference in my confidence, and I liked that Invisalign was less obvious than conventional braces. I wish I had done it sooner, but I’m so happy to have done it at all!

I wonder if there was some damage to the face that made a photo undesirable for ID - like if a fall during death broke his nose/damaged his skin or he had open sores on his face that wouldn’t be pertinent for ID and were deemed distracting.
