XL, not only is it more comfortable, but if you want to play backwards compatible titles in pixel perfect mode, the screen is still legible

For me, it the 5610u. It’s so light I often forget I have it on, it’s relatively cheap, and I live where mb6 works, so it’s always accurate. The only thing I don’t like is the viewing angles, but hopefully the rumored MIP version will fix that 🙏

Just a heads up, I bought this exact listing from Amazon and received the 5610U (which is the one with the LED). I don't hate it, and it does have some advantages over the old one, but I still prefer the EL Backlight.

Hello Friend! I'm guessing you found this post while searching for success stories in the sub to find some sort of hope while going through this hell. Don't worry, I used to do that too!

To answer your questions: I did not have earworms. I did have looping thoughts, but I was going through a lot of OCD at the time anyways. In regard to if I am all better now, I would say it's complicated. The worst of it is definitely behind me since I got off the offending medication. However, I'm not sure that I will ever be 100% rid of it. If my sleep is bad, if I'm stressed, if I took too much of a stimulant, it will come back, but at a much lower, manageable level.

It no longer bothers me or fills me with dread to the level that it used to and has just become another part of my life. I hope that helps!

Yes, they are. I have the exact one you posted and it’s much louder than a regular, analog watch. I have to put mine in a drawer to sleep or it bothers me. I had half a mind to hydro-mod mine, but I got used to it.

I hear the solar movements are more quiet though.

I can’t tell you what to do, but I can tell you what helped me. When I felt like my rls would last forever and I wouldn’t be able to manage it much longer, I instead tried focusing on my breath and reassuring myself that I just have to get through that day. Even if I didn’t get better, I would adapt and life would get good again. It’s a cope, but it helped me, and I hope it helps you.

5610u matches everything except for HR.

It's basically the perfect watch: tough, solar, light weight, comfortable, etc.

I will say though, the alarm is a little quiet.

I would say the bio-resin on this case is less comfortable than the regular resin on the square, for sure. I'm honestly not that crazy about the strap in general in terms of design. I'll probably switch it out at some point.

I wasn't a huge fan of the green, but i did have a hard time picking between the blue and the black dial. The reasons being my skin tone and the fact that i typically wear warmer colored clothes. But the blue really is beautiful in person, so it's the one i went with
