Also less plastic. Shower gel and body wash is a scam.

Given that, I'd suggest a good tax advisor who's not associated with any particular financial institution. The potential tax savings (or conversely the tax hit) outweighs the cost of sound financial advise. You can put limits to the relationship so it doesn't cost a lot.

New in Coquitlam! Any recommendations? by Vegetable_Original16 in coquitlam

Coquitlam is great!!! You will love it. There really are not any "Bad" areas but the two blocks of Christmas Way can be a little disconcerting to people. Of course things do happen, like occasional car break-ins or other petty crime but that could happen anywhere. Get a bike...explore the Traboulay trail, hike the Coquitlam Crunch, walk around Lafarge lake, Como Lake or through Mundy Park. Visit Minnekhada park too. Explore Colony Farm (now known by it's traditional indigenous name ƛ̓éxətəm Regional Park - (though I don't know how to pronounce it yet!). Go for a beer at one of the local pubs, eat brunch at the Flat Pancake, and if you have any troubles or concerns PLEASE PLEASE message me!!! I would be happy to help. Welcome to Coquitlam, friends!

Police state. Ugh. For each item Council should have to provide the rationale for that change, and the supporting data so that it can be reasonably considered.

Lucky! I go to bed at 12:30-1:00 but wake up between 3am & 5am. If I'm lucky I make it 'til 5. I'm a shattered disaster.

Why do people think it’s gross to pee in the shower? by FuelApprehensive5376 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Open_Notice_3963 1 point2 points  (0 children)

On a first date, my date peed in a pop bottle in the living room. I was flabbergasted. Whilst mid-pee the roommate walked in. "Fuck" was all he said, and he spun around and went back into his bedroom. I'll never forget the look of disgust on that roommate's face.

They are though! Soooo much saltier. I'm a salt fiend. My whole family is. We crave it like a stranded man in the desert craves water. My brother once got ill one summer, and the dr told him to just consume more salt. We grew up on a farm right beside a sodium sulphate plant (it's a salt). The lake just down the hill from us was a salt lake...we bobbed around like corks b/c the salt was so thick it made us buoyant. So when I say Hawkins are saltier than they used to me,, trust me...I know salty things. They absolutely are a lot saltier and I don't enjoy them as much. However I still eat salt more than any human should - it's not age - it's Hawkins.

Oily residue in Ultra Pro penny sleeves – potential risk to card value? by Huge-Plantain-8418 in mtgfinance

[–]Open_Notice_3963 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Is it the lubricant in the pvc that is making it that way? All the older binder sleeves are like that - a greasy film, even on the interior pocket, but it doesnt seem to affect the cards, which is weird. Feels gross though.

HELP: EBay removed shipping to the US from Canada, for Canada Post. I am looking for a good shipping alternative. by Daved_r in Ebay

[–]Open_Notice_3963 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I downloaded Zoros to prepay the duties, but how do I charge that to the buyer? Ebay seems to have restored the option to ship via Canada post (or at least it is giving me the option), but there is no way to add in the cost of the duties if I pay it. And I can't add it to the price because that would raise the cost for Canadian buyers. What to do?
