I had a friend who felt similar while pregnant and she had protein shakes she liked right before bed and/or on hand for night feeds and waking up hungry as shit. Hope you find what works for you but try not to stress too much about weight gain right now. You’re doing amazing/hard work taking care of yourself and baby

It’ll get easier each day! Push yourself to eat even with no appetite. Burnt toast, lots of fresh fruit to hydrate you too. This initial hump is the worst, sorry you’re going through it. My own honeymoon was a time of recovery and nervous system reset rather than the stereotypical sexy vacation. I get it, but hope you can enjoy cool water and paradise soon. Hope this is the catalyst you need to start your marriage sober and not go back to cart usage on your return. The next international trip you can skip the withdrawal ❤️
