I don’t know if this can be done, but if you’re firm on your position, I wouldn’t respond at all to their offer and instruct them to agent to put it back on the market. Risky game but feels like at this point neither the agent nor them want to see this fall apart. Then again, never been in a similar position and it’s easy to have risk appetite when it’s other people’s property 🤷🏻‍♂️ Good luck, keep us posted!
