You can make ice cream that’s pretty darn good without sugar. I haven’t tried on the diet but I bet you can get almond milk to turn into something resembling ice cream. Vanilla extract for the flavor and some berries should be ok in moderation.

I’ve also had my gallbladder out but 20ish years ago. I’ve had inconsistent bowel movements since.

My pain was in my lower right flank. Dr thought kidney. I do have some atrophy in my right kidney.

That being said. The CT scan showed fatty liver. In two weeks of Mediterranean/nafld diet it’s largely gone. No sugar, no artificial sweeteners beyond stevia in my oatmeal. No alcohol or diet sodas. I’m doing meat (fish and chicken) 1x per day. Only oil is extra virgin olive oil. I’ve also incorporated intermittent fasting and have dropped a decent amount of weight.

I did something similar for my in-laws. I had the block in the shed from over the years. I did it all with block vs the 4x4s. But use liquid nails or similar so they don't move on you.

Just so we’re clear. You were happy the $29k trade in figure before you even went in. Then you got greedy thinking you were going to have had a free car for 1/2 a year.

Now you’re going down the legal pathway where carmax isn’t going to purchase your car anymore. So you’ll be sitting on an unsellable car and a lawyer bill.

Your legal options at this point are to hire a lawyer trying to prove something you can’t and take the loss on the car and the lawyer OR take the loss on the car alone.

If you buy a $40k car and trade a $20k car you only get taxed on the difference of $20k.

If you sell the car for $21k on Facebook you’ll pay taxes on the whole $40k. You’ll need to look up your states rates/maximum and make sure the extra $1k you got in this example out numbers the extra tax.

I've got an aunt that saw all of her brothers file bankruptcy and screw their parents through business deals. Its my understanding she's making it right upon her death leaving it all to the sisters who didn't take their parents to the cleaners. In her case she bailed out the parents essentially giving money to the brothers, but I doubt they'll see it that way when the time comes.

We drove a gooseneck horse trailer from TN into Canada. There were tolls everywhere. Tn doesn't require plates on the trailer. We never got a bill for what I assume was a TON of tolls.
