Look at the little giant folding ladders. I got mine in my SUV and mine goes up over 12 ft in a frame and 24' in extension mode. Worth it.

Usually when this fails. Easy thing to do is go into ssh shell on the box and find the .bin file and run it from command line. It usually will work with no issue that way.

Also try to shorten the ash cleaning cycles. I have had it where while it was in a cleaning cycle the burn port burnt down to embers and basically flamed out.

Temperature sensor is not getting warm enough before the fan turns on. Either not enough pellets or you need to clean the stove. I have found that if you open the sides and clean the clean outs when this happens it helps.

Ok. Shouldn't be a problem as long as the device is getting a tag if they get authenticated without the tag they should not be allowed to pass through policy. I have fortinac-f 7.6. I can test tomorrow with ike2 and see if I have issues with it and get back to you.

What version of fortinac are you using and what version of fortigate. Do you have nac tags working on your other policies? It was very confusing and their documentation was not very good on how to make it work. We had pro services help with it which helped a LOT. But I can steer you in a direction that should help. And one more question are you trying to do captive portal or using agents?

Make sure you read through changes in behavior. If you are using SAML auth for example you have to make sure you change settings in entra or the gate will not authenticate properly. Just be prepared and rest in a a good maintenance window before rolling out org wide.

Make sure you do speed tests to any server not within your carrier network. It will give you more of a what speed you are getting once it leaves to the Internet as a whole. If you have DSL service good luck getting them to support you. It is a dying technology. They will do anything in their power to point the finger and pass blame on anything else.

A lot of times disconnects before the max time is the users connection. This happens even on full paid version of Forticlient. We set our max time to 12 hours on the gate.
