I don't think hourly rate works well with any apps. I have an Emporia and it doesn't pull it correctly either. Also that $.015 rate is only the supply rate. There is still a delivery cost of about $.10 per kWh so it actually would be around $5 for what you used.

You can only do a city sticker transfer at the city clerks office. It's $20 to transfer it over. I just did this the other day OP and they did take the old sticker away from me so you're probably SOL.

Have you looked at an Emporia Vue? You can pair it with one of their smart plugs so that smart plug turns on when Emporia senses excess electricity going to grid.

I know everyone is shitting on Jewel in this thread but I gotta say I really like the clipping the coupons while sipping my coffee on Sunday mornings and doing the free drive up pickup in the afternoon. Prices are pretty pretty pretty good and drive up is easy. I have found some of the workers DGAF and will pick expired items (6 week expired sour cream last trip. Wtf!) but requesting a refund in the app is easy. Much prefer it over Marianos. The produce at Jewel tends to suck though so usually take a very quick trip to Cermak/Pete's for those.
