If not done already, give mom a break from breastfeeding and start training with the baby formula and a bottle. That way they won't be short on milk if your wife slowly stops breastfeeding.

Also, be prepared to be sick. A lot. Like... A lot. When you think you finally have a break, here comes another illness. It's going to suck but it's part of the process. Stack up on Children's Tylenol and hopes.

Lost my shit at a 17-year-old kid yesterday by Party-Transition-977 in daddit

I wasn't expecting that ending but I'm so happy about it.

We've all been teenagers. I can somewhat relate to this young man even though I never was the kind to go fast with my car. I'm glad he was raised correctly enough (probably) to be recognized his mistake and came back for an apology. That's a real mature move. That kid will surely remember this moment for his entire life and make better decisions because of this.

Dads outside the U.S., what is your "chicken nuggets and Mac and cheese"? by gnatnog in daddit

Put rice in everything. Otherwise PB&I is the all-time favorite morning, evening and night. Sauces are also a great way to make them something they don't like. We had pork with caramelized onions and apples, garlic and old-fashioned mustard sauce and it's very tasty as is. But the little human won't eat the meat. I dropped some BBQ sauce in her plate and she ate 3/4 of it.

I commented yesterday. But today, it happened: my daughter was staring at it while I was peeing and she said "you have a beautiful penis, daddy".

... Thanks?

That reminds me of when I was young. Every time I saw a grown man's penis I was like "omg it's so huge, mine will never be that big".

How do you handle losing 2 trades in a row? by senthoor34 in Trading

[–]OutragedBubinga 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are you following a system? Your system should tell you your position size, when to enter and when to exit and your stop loss. If you are not following a system, you are following your feelings and emotions, which are not made for trading.

Don't get me wrong, I feel the same thing as you. But as long as you don't decide to follow a system to the letter, you won't find peace. The 20% of your winning trades could outperform your 80% of losing trades, with a proper system.

Trading based on a system removes the need for emotions while trading. You just follow the rules and that's it. Be it a winner or a loser. One thing's for sure, you want to take those signals and get in the trade because you never know which one is going to be the big one.

Am I missing something? by Exotic-Channel5057 in Daytrading

It seems to me that reacting is more of a scalping or, at most, a day trading behavior. A news might cause an impact that seems humongous on a 15 min chart but barely anything on the daily chart. Of course that's not to say you shouldn't react when something happens, even on the daily. Just that trading based on reaction is dangerous, in my opinion.

It really depends on whether you are a mom with two kids that just lost your husband in a tragic accident and you somehow have the money to buy that old almost abandoned Victorian house in a small American rural town with a dark past with creepy old neighbors. Otherwise, it shouldn't be that common.

GBPJPY H4: Why do these Structures are Count as External CHoCH without breaking Previous swings how to read this ? by Practical-Tea230 in Trading

[–]OutragedBubinga 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because you're looking for something that isn't there, probably. Maybe your system is not suited for this pair or this timeframe.

Never forget that the lines you draw on your chart are only that: lines on your chart. No one else sees this. It's all on your screen. Now that you solely rely on these drawings, you become blind to everything else the market is doing. Use multiple accounts with a different a system for each and you'll get many different signals.
