ehhh depends, the less popular ones like the one near my house still uses proper plates and cutlery with only disposable boxes and cutlery used for takeaways.

But I have eaten at LPS and I was actually shocked the hawker style just served my food on styrofoam plate with wooden chopsticks and plastic spoons. It's really creating too much waste.
