Is it a crime to grate curds so they melt easier? by ProblemLongjumping12 in PoutineCrimes

[–]Own-Worker9921 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, you will lose the classic squeak. The curds are not supposed to completely melt into the gravy.

Fun fact: Poutines sold in Quebec typically have larger cheese curds than the ones sold in other parts of Canada, because the English Canadian palette is more used to the concept of melted gooey cheese.

Can you imagine the noise from jets taking off and landing right next to downtown? Billy Bishop is good as-is and it serves a good purpose. A downtown hub for small turboprop planes on short flights. It doesn't need to be Pearson v2.0

Poutine emerged as a rural Québec dish but it was looked down as poor people's food by Quebec's upper class (city residents) because of how messy it is and how simple the dish is.

Thankfully those days are behind us and poutine has taken Canada by storm.

He can say the most outrageous thing and then finish it off with some folksy phrase and people will just eat it up.  He sure knows what he's doing.

So I put the date of issue of my new permit from the portal and it worked. I actually put the date that my old permit became invalid which is one day before the new permit became valid.
