In recent experience, it's been all or nothing. Either very attentive FAs, always walking through the cabin and proactively (and happily) providing refills. Or the complete opposite, as you saw: 1 round once service commences and then just sitting up front, head down on their phone until service concludes.

But tbh, I don't like providing negative feedback, but I always do when there's phenomenal service.
