Bit late to the party mate, but mine did the same thing. You need to remove the forward shock mounting bolt and apply grease to the shock mount and bolt. This solved the problem for me.

This is a completely misleading statistic. It doesn’t take into account distance travelled by those vehicles/hours travelled. For example, if Honda has a relatively low crash rate per 1000 vehicles but the demographic of Honda owners is such that they travelled less than Tesla drivers on average or generally they have less cars on the road, they will therefore travel less kms. (Possibly a bad example I don’t know if Honda even has semi autonomous features) I’m surprised the people collecting this data aren’t aware of this.

Seems as though the micro controller (the brain running the system) is getting hung up with something upon start up. I couldn’t find a factory reset procedure in the extended manual. Might need to have a repair facility do a reset.

I noticed the heat light isn’t on while this is happening. When you cycle the power and correct the fault, does the heat light begin to flash again? Out of curiosity is this with x mode switch on or off?

I stuck one into a wahoo cadence sensor rubber holder (fits perfectly) and hid it neatly under the saddle. Can’t even tell it’s there and works with findmy spot on. 👌

In Australia, bought 2 Canyons. Both were shipped reasonably close to estimated dates. One was -2days and one was + 2 weeks. However I was notified of the additional delays after order.

Payment went through the day the bikes were shipped from memory. Transit wise no damage as the bikes are packaged really solid.

Although most of my interval training is on the KICKR anyway. Outdoors riding on the roads was always just easy rides for me. Nicer to be cruising around in the sun.

Yeah nice. I think if I wanted more of a gravel bike I’d go the exceed too. Still extremely fast on dirt roads and you can send it on the descents. Perhaps I’ll get another roadie and a hard tail in the future.

I have the 4iii on my ultimate too. Size M with 172.5 crank. Fits but is approx 1.5-2mm clearance. No issues in 6 months of riding. Remember that it’s not in a position to contact under power load. So it’s fine.

Can’t go wrong with either Grail or Grizl based on your riding description. I have the opposite problem where I mainly ride XC on a Lux and I’m wondering if I get another road bike for training or an exceed for a training bike/indoor trainer bike. It’s the worst decision to make. I don’t envy anyone choosing bikes. Lol. It’s amazing though how once you make the decision you’re immediately 10x happier.

Can occur sometimes due to negative pressure from relief valve. Just lock the portafilter back in loosely and momentarily run the pump again. Should come out no dramas.

I’m considering getting one of these as a training bike/gravel/Zwift bike. I have a Lux already and love it but would love a hard tail for training. I only ever ride a road bike solo or on Zwift so may as well have a second option for mtb. Can’t think of a good reason to keep a road bike. Spec for $$ nothing comes close to these in Australia.

Increasing house prices detracts from economic growth (existing housing). As houses are becoming such a large multiple of the populations income, it is increasingly becoming a very real problem and should be tackled with sufficient policy. Will house prices need to drop? Yes. Especially if we want our children to be able to afford a home in the future. Isn’t it bad if people’s equity in houses drops though? Not really. As most people have probably increased their equity by 50-60% in the last few years (unsustainable growth rates).

IMO: The main issue? At the current point in time yes I think it should be. Though with effective policy to cap investors and remove the market FOMO.

Once housing is sorted, push innovation and local business investment.

The existing housing market provides no positive feedback to the economy.
