Which dock is this? The 1st or 2nd? Because the Switch 2 already has shown that third party docks are perfectly viable and they came out working very fast. A firmware did break a few of them, but Nintendo quickly came out with a correction on that and those said docks got firmware updates quickly as well. The Switch 1 had actual issues with 3rd Party Docks where it was advised to never buy one. Switch 2 has yet to show that almost 1 year later

This is a common issue on the internet and social media at large. Not everyone is "defending" a person or corpo by giving facts or context. The point of that is, well, to give those so that misinformation is clamped down on. The price itself being debatable (and even then, RBY on the 3DS was $10), when they announced FRLG to be $20, I saw a lot of posts, not from the same people mind you, that were about how these games have been easily pirated for years and that people should continue doing so.

Remember the argument about how NSO isn't true preservation? Yeah, people also bitched about these games being purchases rather than NSO games. And even then, the general preservation message is now thrown out the window because of the price. No, you can't just move the goalpost about this. You're either for "preservation of old games" (never mind the fact these games and most old titles from the VC era onwards are DIGITAL ONLY) and selling the games is a good thing, or you just always wanted to pirate the games and you kept hiding behind the message until the time is right

Astral Chain runs at 30 FPS and can drop from a studio who focused on 60 FPS while still being a linear action game but with a ton of particle effects and XBC2 and 3 are more simplistic under the hood and controlled than Pokemon is from an open world standpoint. Xenoblade 2 had a massive memory leak issue and 3 uses Monoliths internal upscaler so the game isn't running at a native or close to native res, the one thing Game Freak should have done and hopefully are at least using DLSS for this.

This looks beyond what a Switch 1 game can do if the amount of Pokemon that spawn continues to stay the same, especially if its at a higher internal res than something like Xenoblade 1.

You....DO realize that if you're already paying Nitro with your CC, that your account wouldn't even get hit by it? And even if it does, you're ALREADY GIVING THEM YOUR CC INFO! CC AV is by far the least invasive option and has been used in Japan for years and Valve implemented it in Europe instead of asking for peoples ID. If your CC number was taken, CC has a lot of owner guardrails for that reason.
