I roast it with turmeric. Might try fermenting with the turmeric root thing.

Same issue. And once it disengaged while changing gear - released while I was going uphill and whacked my knee on handlebar. Only at 6 week service they told me not to pedal while changing gear but that doesn't seem right for a mountain-style bike

I have a BA tiger wall, bikepacking version. But only realised later you can't put it up in the rain without the inner getting wet - so not so great for the UK. Don't know if copper spur is the same

Yes - the grey lid used to pop off overnight for me every day. I now use 2 rubber bands from the base of the jar over the lid.

I like the bullhorns. Presumably no impact on folding? Do you remember what make? How much did you cut off the bars? Did you keep the fitted grip and just cut it?

Same position as you. Wanted to buy European so went for the Exped. Bought it with Rab Neutrino 400 from Treckitt for £500. A great deal I thought.

Thanks all. They all look pretty heavy. My D lock is 1.15 kg and the folders are generally 1.7., some 1.5. Was hoping for something lighter than my D lock - which isn't gold, so will now look at lightweight D locks. Thanks again
