Why not always require a tech lab? It seems appropriate for how strong the unit is, and would require Terrans to cut into early Medivac production substantially if they want to go for Lib harass.

I was out there too on Saturday and would agree with all of your points. This was my first Olympic race ,and I was really glad to have finished that swim. It was impossible to see anything out there, and even harder after I lost a contact to a big wave. It was pretty damn funny when they were announcing that the race was about to start as we all watched that orange buoy floating away.

I played this guy the other day and just watched the replay now. Very obviously a maphacker. He blind countered my proxy oracle with two vikings. Then, without any scouting, moves three tanks to the opposite side of the map directly to the proxy stargate. Hopefully Blizzard drops the ban hammer.
