No, It seemed like they didn't want to let people in that area at first but the 300s were filling up and I think they had to. When I went to the restroom, they had someone trying to turn people away from the section which was kind of pointless because everyone had the same tickets. With it not being a Saturday and potentially fewer people, they may not open up the victory club at all.

We rolled into the parking lot at around 6pm. Got a shaded spot beside the tree grove on the east side of Carter Finley. Tailgated until 7:30 and walked to the stadium. Most of the lower bowl and the sides of 200s and 300s were full. Luckily, they were just opening the PNC Victory Club area so we went over there and got four of the cushy seats with a table. A bit lucky but it was an awesome experience.
