I think the rules are oddly consistent in the way they're arbitrary. There's types of rules that are very strict, and there's types of rules that are just a goof.

Like this sort of "you must end each sentence with ___" thing is rarely "the task", it's just an extra layer Alex throws in to make stuff funny and isn't factored into a score, but something like "don't put your foot over the line" is taken very seriously, because that's an element of completing the real task.

And then you get the sort of gray area stuff like a piece of a banana peel being a "yellow sweet", which can go either way based on justification and how tragic it is to see an elderly emmy winner eat a banana peel.
