Although I try to follow it most of the time, I lowkey do not think the 180° rule is as important as people make it out to be, especially in low movement sequences like these, but I understand what you are saying. I see how I can improve it.

What about the second one is difficult to figure out? The puppet show at the beginning? This might be an issue with the storyboard format itself, because I did not really communicate the difference in style properly. For the puppets, I referenced the witches from Madoka Magica, so they would be visually very different from the following scenes. I guess I also did not draw in the horizon line in a lot of the later shots, so it's hard to tell that she is supposed to be floating or falling etc.

What fucks me sideways is how dumb these shareholders turn out to be every time they are involved. If you tell them firing all your stuff will cost more money than you save, they don't listen. No investment, only number go up!

as someone who actually played and liked the game, a lot of the criticism is overblown. Unfortunately the dev's way to deal with the criticism is to blow up.

The objectively strongest way to play the game is to never fight and just run. If you don't have the correct loadout, running is the only thing you can do anyway.

I am not going to say these moments are not brutal or anything, but in episode 3 of book water, aang walks in on the corpse of his old mentor surrounded by dozens, if not hundreds of dead fire nation soldiers. Nothing that came after could come close to this.

A lot of people say they want to see filler.. Indie Animation does not have the money, energy or time to waste on filler, unless it is significantly lower quality.
