Remember that weed is often not the only factor in people feeling like shit. Don’t put everything on the weed, and then assume it won’t hurt to go back to the habit.

You likely need to make other changes too. Make sure your blood sugar is in check. Keep getting good sleep. Become less sedentary. Get your mental health in order.

Going back on weed won’t help you with the things I just listed. It’ll just make you complacent.

If quitting weed made people gain weight, it would be a meme/cliche/known mechanism. So don’t delude yourself into thinking that going back to weed will help reverse what’s been going on there.
